Vesto provides an AI-powered platform that generates model-worn product images and descriptions for online marketplace sellers. Our service uses artificial intelligence to transform your product photos into professional-looking images with models wearing your items.

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one account

Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Token Purchases

• Services are provided through a token-based system
• Tokens must be purchased before generating images or descriptions
• Token prices are displayed in USD and may change with notice
• All purchases are processed securely through Stripe

Token Usage

• Each image generation consumes the specified number of tokens
• Tokens are deducted upon successful generation
• Failed generations may result in token refunds at our discretion
• Tokens do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our AI-generated content, all token purchases are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent service delivery, please contact us atsupport@vesto.com for assistance.

You agree NOT to use Vesto to:

• Upload or generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
• Upload images containing minors or non-consenting individuals
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Violate any intellectual property rights or privacy rights
• Upload copyrighted material you don't have rights to use
• Generate adult content, nudity, or sexually explicit material
• Engage in any automated or systematic data collection
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or usage limitations
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of the original images you upload
• You grant us a license to process and generate content from your uploads
• You represent that you have the right to use all uploaded content

Generated Content

• You own the AI-generated images and descriptions created for you
• You may use generated content for commercial purposes on marketplaces
• We retain the right to use anonymized data to improve our AI models

Platform Rights

All rights, title, and interest in Vesto, including our AI models, technology, and platform design, remain our exclusive property.

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance windows may be scheduled with advance notice
• Generation times may vary based on system load
• We may impose rate limits to ensure fair usage
• Some content may be rejected by our AI safety filters

Service "As Is"

Vesto is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AI-Generated Content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vesto, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vesto operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
